Hike-A-Thon Registration

Before you proceed with registering for Eagle Eye's Hike-A-Thon we'd like to thank you. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form online. Doing this helps reduce the "foot print" our event leaves on our environment. This enables us to print forms and documents only when needed. No need to have piles of forms that will later be recycled. We love our trees!

Now that we got that out of the way, lets talk Hike-A-Thon! The following form will be broken down into three sections. Each equally important! Please make sure you fill out the required boxes as failing to do so will return an error when processing your form.
