Etomidate Adult dose: 0.2-0.4 mg/kg (limit to one dose) onset within 30 seconds, duration 5-10 minutes. Pediatric: max dose is 20mg.
Ketamine Dose: 1-2mg/kg. Onset is 30-60 seconds, duration is 10-20 minutes.
Mag Sulfate Dose 1-2 grams IV/IO over 10-20 minutes (infusion). Pedi dose: 25-50 mg/kg IV/IO (max of 2 grams) over 15-30 minutes (infusion)
Midazolam (versed) 0.1-0.3 mg/kg (max 10)
Succinylcholine 1-1.5mg/kg
Rocuronium Adult dose: 0.6-1.2 mg/kg. TTP-60-90 seconds DOP-30-60 minutes. Pedi: 0.6-1.2 mg/kg TTP-30-60 seconds DOP-30-60 minutes
Vecuronium 0.1-0.2mg/kg, pedi: 0.1-0.3 mg/kg
terbutaline 0.25 mg
